About TEROVIX

TEROVIX started as a marketplace seller with a 4 % return rate. It is now 0.6 %, because we stopped guessing about fitment.

Built backwards from the return label

In 2016 we were shipping exterior accessories out of a two-bay garage and losing money on returns. Not because the parts were bad — because the fitment data was. A supplier sheet says a lens cover fits eleven trims; the headlight on the customer's car disagrees by four millimetres.

So we changed the process. Nothing gets listed until it has been checked against a real OE part and fitted to a real vehicle in our shop. The fitment guide on each product page is written from that check, not copied from a supplier PDF.

That is slower. It also means we list a tight catalogue instead of 26,000 SKUs — and that customers keep coming back.

What "tested" actually means

Six checks happen between a supplier sample arriving and a SKU going live:

  • Dimensional check. Every sample is measured against a genuine OE part — contour, mounting points, clip spacing, curvature.
  • Real fit check. It goes onto a real vehicle. If it needs modification, it does not get listed — no "minor trimming required".
  • Finish check. Gloss level, paint adhesion and tape backing are inspected under shop light, not showroom light. The 3M-style adhesive has to survive a cold-weather pull test.
  • Packaging drop test. Boxed the way it ships, dropped from 1.2 m on a corner. Fragile items like headlight lens covers ship in foam-lined double boxes.
  • Fitment guide. Written from the install sheet, including the trims and years that do not fit.
  • 90-day watch. We track every return and warranty claim per SKU. Two failures in 90 days and the SKU comes off the shelf.

Where we ship from

We run two warehouses, and every product page tells you which one your part comes from:

  • US warehouse (Chicago, IL) — sun visors and US-stocked parts. Orders before 2 pm ET ship the same business day; standard delivery is 1–4 business days, 94 % of US addresses within a 3-day ground window.
  • China warehouse — headlight lens covers, grilles and rear spoilers. Ships in 24 hours with a tracking number provided; delivery in 10–20 business days. Packed in foam-lined cartons, which is why breakage claims stay under 1 %.

No surprise fees either way — the price at checkout is the price you pay.

30-day returns, no games

Unused, uninstalled parts can go back within 30 days. You cover return shipping; if the part is wrong or defective, that one is on us — free replacement, no restocking fee. Every part also carries a 24-month warranty.

Talk to a human

Fitment questions are answered by someone who turns wrenches, not a script. Email support@terovix.com with your car model, year and VIN if you have it, and we will confirm the exact part before you order. You can also use the "Make an offer" button on any product page — we usually reply within a few hours, Monday to Saturday.
