By placing an order on terovix.com you agree to the terms below.

1. Products and fitment

All parts we sell are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine OEM parts, unless explicitly stated. "For [make/model]" describes the vehicle the part is designed to fit. Fitment information is provided in good faith and verified against the vehicle listed; if you are unsure, send us your VIN before ordering and we will confirm.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is captured at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

3. Orders and cancellation

You may cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.

4. Offers and negotiated prices

Prices agreed through the "Make an offer" function are valid for that order only and cannot be combined with other discounts.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part. We are not liable for labour costs, rental cars, or consequential damages. Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
