Shipping Policy

Shipping & delivery

We ship from two warehouses. Every product page tells you which one your part leaves from.

US warehouse (Chicago, IL)

• Delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch, via USPS / UPS ground.
• Free shipping on orders over $99. Below that, live carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
• Currently stocked in the US: sun visors and selected trim parts.

China warehouse

• Delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
• Currently shipped from China: headlight lens covers, grilles, spoilers and wings.
• Tracking is provided for every order and updates as the parcel moves through the network.

Order processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Customs & duties

Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking has not moved for more than 10 days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund.
